Nurse Shadowing Programs
The Nurse Shadowing Programs at Yale-New Haven Hospital are designed to provide prospective employees with an in-depth perspective on specific patient care units. These programs are available to nursing students, recent graduates and experienced RNs alike.These programs are administered through the Division of Patient Services and the Volunteer Office, and provide nurses with an invaluable opportunity to spend observational time with our acclaimed nursing teams on a wide range of patient care units.
