ADN and Diploma Program
Yale-New Haven Hospital offers a dynamic Graduate Transition Program for new graduate Associate Degree and Diploma Nurses. This program is designed to complement your competency-based orientation and ensure a successful transition from student to RN.
Residency Program
Yale-New Haven Hospital is proud to be the first hospital in New England to participate in the one-year BSN National Nurse Residency Program developed by the AACN and the Chief Nursing Officers of the University Health System Consortium. Our Nurse Residents enjoy a tremendous opportunity to participate in monthly sessions designed to emphasize the development of clinical and leadership skills during the transition from nursing student to acute care professional nurse.
