Yale-New Haven Hospital offers an extraordinary environment for Diagnostic Radiology professionals, where state-of-the-art technologies - including film-less, web-based imaging, a full-time MRI center, and advanced ultrasound capabilities, including those used in sophisticated high-risk maternity services - facilitate a comprehensive range of world-class imaging services.
Our commitment to providing every member of our team with a supportive and professionally enriching environment begins with our unrivaled commitment to education. Yale-New Haven Hospital provides training and clinical didactic education to ultrasonographers through our School of Diagnostic Ultrasound, which offers both a 12-month general Sonography program and a 6-month Echocardiography program. Through our affiliations with Gateway Community College and Quinnipiac University, we also serve as a clinical training site for programs in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy and Ultrasound.
